The flat was refurbished this year to a high standard with ensuite double bedroom, hallway, kitchen lounge area and private entrance. New all electric controllable heating. Fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle. TV, free wfii, safe, hairdryer, iron, towels and bedding. Outdoor seating area for guests. Perfect get away for couples or those on business in mid Cornwall.

Lovely ground floor studio super close to Fistral and Towan Beach and the town center with local bars and restaurants. Sandy Toes is one of two studios next to our family home with parking and all the facilties you need. King size bed and bed settee suitable for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Kitchen with oven, hob, fridge (ice compartment), microwave and utensils. Shower room and central heating. Due to the close proximity of another studio, this will not be suitable for infants.

Apartment is luxuriously furnished and equipped, with on site parking. Rooms have super king size beds, bed can also be split into twin beds in 2nd bedroom. It's perfect space for beach holiday!
