The accommodation is bright, light and spacious with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar, fully fitted kitchen, two large characterful double bedrooms, (additional single bed on request), a bathroom with bath and shower unit. Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

Relax at this peaceful cottage, within the grounds of Hodges Oast - a traditional old Kentish oast house. The property is modern yet has traditional features from when it was a stable. The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children or one adult. Not suitable for 4 adults. Ideally located for many attractions including Tunbridge Wells, Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney castle. Car is essential. One well behaved dog at a charge of £20.00. Free parking on driveway

The Hopper Huts at Old Farm, Lamberhurst Quarter.

The Hopper Huts are charming converted former Hop Pickers huts on a working dairy farm. They offer cosy and peaceful accommodation with a lovely outlook over fields and woods. Depending on the time of year, there may be cows or sheep in the field in front you. There are some lovely family friendly walks around the farm and you will be ideally situated just off the A21 for visiting Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and surrounding villages. There are also several National Trust attractions close by.

More than just a room, our stylish top-floor flat offers a comfy, private living space inside our family home. Accessed via our main hall, the flat has its own private door separating it from our living area below—the perfect base for your stay in Tunbridge Wells. To help you settle in, we provide a light breakfast starter kit (tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter & jam) for your first morning. Wadhurst Castle Cottage is a charming Regency self catering holiday cottage with well proportioned rooms, creating a light, spacious holiday home for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with sofa bed available in the sitting room. It has its own small secluded garden and is located in the parkland of historic Wadhurst Castle Estate, near Royal Tunbridge Wells and within easy reach of the seaside, London and Gatwick. It is well positioned for visiting a wealth of National Trust properties.

Cosy garden cabin, quiet location, views of the park, perfect for a morning or evening walk. Guests have their own private garden, table & chairs & BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen includes oven, 4 ring hob, fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee machine. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. FREE on street parking. Short walk into town where there are lots of bars/restaurants. The cabin is self checkin accessed at the side of our house, please be aware there are some steps into the garden.

The Stables with walled garden near the Pantiles

The accommodation is perfect if you want to be centrally based in Tunbridge Wells for visiting friends and family. Whilst small and cosy, it is detached, fully self-contained and has the advantage of having a pretty and secluded, south facing, private courtyard for relaxing and alfresco eating. It is excellent accommodation if you are attending a wedding in the area e.g. at The Spa Hotel, Salomons, Warwick Hotel or The Beacon. Longer stays are welcome at discounted rates.
