Private Country Retreat With Hot Tub

Coal’s View is a luxury detached holiday cottage situated in Eyton, a quiet country hamlet within Herefordshire. The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub. The bedroom includes a king bed, with views overlooking the paddocks. The bathroom includes an impressive standalone bathtub. There’s a well fitted kitchen, with a large oven, and dining for two, beside a homely living space complete with log burner.

Shepherd's Hut, Off-Grid, Hot Tub and Beacons View

A 'Tiny House', off-grid Shepherd's Hut with panoramic views of the spectacular Brecon Beacons. Accessed by its own gated lane and set in a private paddock, "Oliveduck Hut" is the perfect retreat for couples, or singles who prefer their own company. An ideal ‘base camp’ as you explore the National Park and surrounding area. Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the hottub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just take in the majestic Pen y Fan as you plan (or recover from) your ascent.

The Garden House

A beautiful, recently renovated two storey house attached to the host's home. It is secluded, south facing and sunny, with glorious views across water meadows to the river which cuts its way beneath steep woodland and past the best fine dining pub in Herefordshire, The Riverside. The house has its own terraced garden and below, an orchard - great for dogs. We are on the marvellous Mortimer Trail which is a 30 mile walk between the towns of Ludlow and Kington. 45 mins from Hay Festival!

Comfortable village centre house

Walcote Mews is a small quiet cosy detached house, set back from the road in the grounds of Walcote Lodge. Located at the heart of the beautiful village of Pembridge you are 1 minute's walk from two characterful pubs, the village store and a great coffee shop. Situated on the Black and White trail, Pembridge is a wonderful base to view the area, whether you wish to visit historic towns such as Ludlow or enjoy a good walk. The Mortimer Trail and Offa’s Dyke Path are both within a few miles.

Wake up to birdsong, enjoy coffee overlooking rolling fields, stroll into one of Eardisland's traditional pubs, explore the beautiful Black & White Villages, then return to watch spectacular sunsets from your private patio. Eardisland Lodge is located on the edge of the village with gorgeous views over the countryside but only a few minutes walk from the 2 public houses, village shop and tea room.

Once one of the village bakeries, now a boutique self-catering cottage barn in the heart of Pembridge. A stone's throw from 15th century market square and New Inn pub, this newly renovated dog-friendly barn is at the heart of the black & white trail of historic English villages. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the garage is all yours - for bikes or maybe your classic car. I also take pride in being LGBTQ+ friendly. Walk, bike, enjoy the local pubs, or just relax!

Orchard Barn

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.

Ivy Cottage (sleeps 2 with Hot Tub)

Ivy Cottage is the luxury country cottage retreat; it's just as you'd imagine and perfect for an unforgettable escape for the discerning couple. The homely but modern kitchen with its cream AGA leads into a comfortable sitting room with wood burner and onto a terrace with a private hot tub. Climb the stairs to the super kingsized bed and beautiful high quality bathroom, complete with walk-in shower, teardrop free-standing bath and plasma TV.

Quiet, luxury flat for 2 .

A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.
