3 Bedroom house in central Gaios

A large 3 bedroom house with spacious, bright rooms and a generous communal living area in Gaios, Paxos. The property has been renovated in 2023. There is a lovely outside seating area with a BBQ, an ideal property for families and groups of friends. The house is 5 minute walk from the centre of Gaios, which is the biggest town in Paxos. It is also just 5 minutes walk from the beach. **NEW** as of summer 2023 we have refitted the kitchen and added WiFi to the property.

Aglaia V. Studio is situated in center of Gaios, the capital of Paxos island. Studio is on the second floor of the building so it has a magnificent view to the port, st. Nikolas Island and the town. The beach is 250 meters from studio and shops, cafes and bars are 2 minutes away. The bedroom can host 2 guests either friends or a couple. Γι αυτό φροντίζουμε εμείς με την φιλοξενία μας.Σας παρέχουμε πλήρως ανακαινισμενο το 2021 διαμέρισμα με θέα την πλατεία του νησιού και το "λιμανακι". Έχουμε φροντίσει να εξοπλισουμε με ότι χρειαζεσται για να κάνουμε τις διακοπές σας πιο ευχαριστες.

Το συγκρότημα ενοικιαζόμενων διαμερισμάτων K-mare (αρ. λειτουργίας 456062) αποτελείται από 6 πλήρως εξοπλισμένα και αυτόνομα μεταξύ τους διαμερίσματα. Το διαμέρισμα K-mare 2 βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο. Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια που αναζητούν χαλάρωση και ποιοτική διαμονή. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Γαΐου σε ιδιαίτερα προνομιακή τοποθεσία (απέχει μόλις 2´ με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία). Paxos In Square (Studio Poseidon)

Paxos in Square Apartments are located in the central square. They are fully renovated, while located in a picturesque cobbled alley. In a very close distance you can find many facilities. They are surrounded by restaurants , taverns, while the cruiser for Antipaxos is just 40 meters away, only 50 meters from the bus stop. Also, you do not need transportation to access the ferry and hydrofoil, as they are in very close proximity.

Dimitri's Seaview Studio - Lakka Paxos

The studio is located in the village of Lakka in the northern part of Paxos Island. Lakka is a small picturesque port 2 mins away. There are also two wonderful beaches about 5 mins on foot. In 2-3 mins on foot you can find taverns, cafes, tourist shops, super / mini market, ATM etc. Guests will need to climb about 25 steps to reach the apartment. For this reason it is not recommended for people with mobility issues.

Fereniki's place

Fereniki’s Place is a charming ground-floor apartment in Gaios, the heart of Paxos, ideal for couples, solo travelers, friends, and families. Pets are welcome. The apartment is located just 500 meters from the center of Gaios (an 8–10 minute uphill walk or 1 minute by car) and approximately 1.5 km from the main port (15–20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car).

Το Sunshine loft είναι το δεύτερο διαμέρισμα το κτηρίου που βρίσκεται στη σοφίτα ενός κλασικού κτηρίου στον οικισμό του Γαίου. Πρόκειται για έναν ενιαίο χώρο (δωμάτιο)με εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και αυτόνομο μπάνιο, με μεγάλα παράθυρα οροφής πολύ φωτεινό και θέα στον κόλπο του λιμανιού και την ανατολή του ηλίου .Είναι καινούργιο και ιδανικό για ζευγάρια !!!!

Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Ένα ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με δύο υπνοδωμάτια κομπλέ κουζίνα που μπορείτε να μαγειρεύεται τραπεζαρία με βεράντα που μπορείτε να απολαμβάνετε τον πρωινό σας καφέ με nespesso ή δείπνο σας και ένα μπαλκόνι μπροστά στα δωμάτια με θέα προς το Γαιο.
