!Cotopaxi Loft fue remodelado en Agosto 2023 y abierto por primera vez en Octubre 2023! Si buscas un lugar excepcional, seguro y estratégicamente ubicado cerca de los 5 lugares turísticos más visitados de la capital ecuatoriana, has llegado al lugar adecuado. Este loft combina el encanto del centro histórico con la elegancia de la arquitectura colonial, el innovador diseño industrial y la tecnología de vanguardia, entrelazando lo moderno y lo antiguo para ofrecerte una experiencia inolvidable.

Casa 929 - Hospedaje, matrimonios, cumpleaños

La capacidad maxima es para 25 hospedados, cuenta con: jacuzzi interior, Internet, 2TVs, cocina, cancha de futbol, pérgola cubierta, comedor exterior para 40 personas, zona bbq, 10 parqueos. El valor mostrado corresponde a 4 personas hospedadas, de ahí se suman $20 por cada persona adicional. También se pueden hacer eventos como matrimonios. La capacidad total de toda la propiedad es de 90 invitados y 38 hospedados, distribuidos en dos casas y dos zonas cubiertas para eventos al aire libre
