Lake Miltona Family Vacation

Bring the whole family to our great place with lots of room for fun at the Lake! We have 3 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom as well as a bunk room with room for the kids! There are 11 total beds including a king in the primary bedroom. The two other bedrooms have a queen size bed as well as a twin over full bunk bed and the bunk room has two twin over full bunks as well all in climate conditioned space to comfortably enjoy yourself while at Lake Miltona. **12 overnight guests maximum**

The Lodge is more that a place to stay. It offers the quiet seclusion you need to escape and unwind. It also connects you to nature and is the perfect place for a peaceful retreat or a family gathering. 20 'x 20' Multi-purpose Event Room available upon request ($125 per stay) Garage Area: This FLEX space is 40'x 40' and can be used for creative work or overflow accommodations. Tall ceiling allows for games or other activates to be indoors if the weather doesn't cooperate. ($175 per stay)

Relax and enjoy the beautiful view on Marion Lake. This cabin, nestled in the western shore, is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet, gorgeous sunrises, and fun on the lake. Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, dock, Lily pad swim raft, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

Peaceful Getaway

Scenic and peaceful with a charming rustic cabin. Take a stroll through our enchanted forest on your way to the lake. The bridge will take you there! Once on the lake relax on our floating deck! Our sunsets are lovely, and nature surrounds you. We are located on Long Lake which has no public access so it’s very quiet. Bring your kayaks for some amazing bird and turtle watching. Feel like swimming? Fairly Lake beach is 4 minutes from the cabin! End your relaxing day around the firepit!

Lakefront Living on Buchanan Lake

Enjoy over 100 feet of level lake shore on Buchanan Lake. The 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on over an acre and situated on a dead end road. The lakeside covered deck offers comfortable patio furniture and amazing views of the lake! It is the perfect space to enjoy yourselves at the lake. The city of Ottertail is a highly desired Minnesota vacation spot. The home is a short 2 minute drive away. Ottertail has fun shops, delicious restaurants, and a couple of golf courses.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

The Highland Loop Experience

Newly remodeled & beautiful west facing lake home with over 120 ft of private shoreline on Otter Tail Lake. This home comfortably sleeps 14 people, and has everything you'll need to make you feel right at home. Otter Tail Lake is one of the largest in Minnesota with a hard sand bottom.
