Close to the shops on Park Row and steps away from the village green, it's an ideal location for a remote-work retreat, an upstate minibreak, or a visit to Hamilton College or Colgate. In the upstairs unit of a 2-unit house with a private entrance and keypad entry, enjoy a freshly renovated kitchen, living room, bedroom, and master bath complete with a soaking tub for unwinding at the end of your day!

The Barn on Evergreen Farm

Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

The couple will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. it just renovated and just build it with an amazing hardwood floor, beautiful for one or couple to enjoy the night !!!my place is a mile to wynn hospital, downtown, utica auditorium, Utica University and Utica's best food places. I just add total 2 air conditioner and cover the sky windows to reduce the heat, and replaced the artic fan, so it is not too hot now. it you want to see the sky you can open it easy.

This bright and sunny 1 BR apartment has plenty of space to spread out. Full eat-in kitchen including all cooking essentials. In addition to the queen bed in bedroom there is a twin daybed, queen size air mattress and pack’n play available for use. A small town off Exit 30 on I-90. Centrally located between Syracuse and Albany. 40 min to Cooperstown (1 hour to All Star Village). 15 min to Herkimer Diamond Mines. Also, nearby the home of the Utica Comets Hockey and Utica City Football Club!

Private Entry-1 block to campus+downtown, Clean!

With an excellent location on Broad St. in Hamilton Village, the space is just a block walk to campus or downtown. There is a private entrance to the ensuite on the 1st floor (keyless entry code). It has a private bath (shower), king bed, smart TV with basic cable, Keurig, mini fridge, sitting area, and WiFi. A mini-split provides heat and air conditioning. Also, a fireplace w/remote control. A twin rollaway is available upon request. This suite is perfect for campus visitors.

The Main Street Market- I-90 (Utica/ Rome)

Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

We offer an open concept efficiency apartment on the first floor with full kitchen, full bathroom, 2 beds (1 King, 1 full), TV and wifi, sitting and dining area, all with direct access to the lake. We have a whole house generator in case of a power outage.
