Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Passez quelques jours en amoureux, en famille ou entre amis dans le quartier le plus sûr et chic de Paris. Proche Tour Eiffel, Saint Germain des Prés, Le Bon Marché. L’appartement est climatisé, très confortable et agréable, joliment décoré pour se sentir vraiment comme à la maison, à Paris. Il comprend deux chambres, avec deux lits doubles, et deux salles de bains, chacune avec un WC. Avec des enfants, nous avons tout l’équipement nécessaire pour le sommeil, le bain, la toilette et jouets.

Cet appartement de 55 m2 avec terrasse extérieure de 20 m2 est situé au 6ème étage entre le Bld Haussmann et l'avenue des Champs Elysée. Il est constitué d'une cuisine équipée, d'une chambre avec un lit King size donnant sur la terrasse et d'un salon/salle à manger avec canapé-lit, très lumineux dans un décor moderne. La salle de bain avec WC est très fonctionnelle. Vous pourrez profiter pleinement de la terrasse orientée sud pour vous détendre, manger et même faire un barbecue !!

My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.
