Vila Porto Olive is located in the village of Parecag above the Sečovlje salt pans. The villa is for 10 guests and is modernly furnished but still conjures comfort and warmth. The villa has a large private heated swimming pool with salt water, a big garden with deck chairs, and a view. Two kitchens are modern & fully equipped. There are also three private bathrooms, four bedrooms, and a big living room. All rooms are air-conditioned. Parking space, WiFi & 2 LCD TVs with Netflix are provided :D

Das Neu erbaute und Modern eingerichtete Haus befindet sich in Kastel nicht weit von der Grenze Slowenien/Kroatien. Die Lage ist ideal für ein Familien Urlaub wo sie eine schöne Zeit verbringen können. Der Pool ist zu ihrer Privaten Nutzung und es sind zwei Parkplaetze verfuegbar. Die Hauptstrasse ist weit weg so das man keinen Laerm hat. Strände sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Viele Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung und ein kleiner Markt ist auch wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Welcome to our completely new 4-bedroom villa with a heated swimming pool, al fresco dining area, BBQ, outdoor sauna, and a hot tub. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

House is located close to the sea, but so far away that after enjoying the coast we find our peace. You can also visit the salt pans or Forma vivo in nature on foot. Here are bio-energy points in the area where you can recharge and gain extra energy. To the coast is 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot. Around the house is a lot of paths, perfect for bike. Offers a spacious terrace for relax with view to Sečovlje Salina Nature Park. Located 4 km from centre of Portoroz, we are close to the cycling track called Parenzana. For bikers is at disposal a garage on the property.
