Η οικία βρίσκεται 80 μέτρα από την παραλία της Κουρούτας, υπάρχουν πολλές επιλογές για την έξοδό σας. Εστιατόρια , καφέ, μπαρ ,και Club σε κοντινή απόσταση 300 μέτρων περίπου μέχρι τον πεζόδρομο. Η παραλία είναι οργανωμένη με ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες, ενώ υπάρχει και ελεύθερη παραλία μπροστά από το σπίτι. Also, it is near in Amaliada, a city, as well as many beaches such as Kourouta, Marathia and Palouki.There is a cyclist road for bike lovers. You can hiking in Marathia's forest and drink coffee in Kourouta's coffee shops too.
