Inoltre da ammirare la vista dal balcone che dà sul centro di Portofino e da lontano anche un po’ di mare, insomma, i cento gradini di accesso saranno sicuramente ripagati :)

Non adatto a famiglie con bambini piccoli.

The apartment has direct access to the beach and the sea promenade that allows you to reach the other beaches and the center of Zoagli The beach below has a reduced size compared to the first photograph, the sea has changed the conformation. The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length

A 200 metri dalla Stazione Ferroviaria , a 50 metri dalla spiaggia e dalla fermata dell’Autobus per Portofino . La Chiesa Principale e il Centro Storico sono a 2 minuti a piedi . L’appartamento è perfetto per una piccola famiglia , dotato di aria condizionata e di terrazzo su un cortile interno. L'appartamento è ubicato in una zona pedonale ricca di bar e gelaterie ed è silenzioso pur essendo vicino al centro. Bagno piccolo ma completo , dotato di un Box Doccia completamente nuovo.

Our Grandmother’s house is located in the peaceful village of San Lorenzo della Costa, in Santa Margherita Ligure. This bright panoramic apartment in a detached house offers stunning views over the Gulf of Tigullio. Situated on a quiet narrow road, it is ideal for families and small groups looking for a relaxing stay. The apartment is entirely at your disposal. We live on the ground floor of the same house. Close to the Via Aurelia, noise may be heard, but it remains quiet and peaceful.
