The place sleeps 5 adults, has a master bedroom with it’s own entrance, solid door and bunkhouse floor plan. Appointed to turn out any kind of meal, and BBQ a as well as BBQ utensils are available. In peach orchards, views of Mt Garfield and Grand Mesa. Sip a glass of wine from our picnic table or hammock looking at rose bushes or orchards. Close to three popular vineyards.w

Edge of the Wild - Guest House @ R Farm

1100sf, single story guest house that's a couple minutes from the town of Rifle, yet backs up to vast open space. Sheltered from view of the highway by trees, boasts tremendous sunsets over the Roan Cliffs, and views of the Hogbacks and Mamm Peak. "R Farm" is a developing farm w/ sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. The guest house is adjacent to our family home and near the barn. Abundant opportunities for local outdoor enthusiasts exist or simply stay and enjoy the abundance.

The cottage was built right after The Depression but before WWII-a unique architectural "moment in time" It's been lovingly restored and still has many original features like the 1941 Montgomery Wards Catalog kitchen cabinets. The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.
