The Barrack is part of a 130-year-old family estate, just off the Mall Road, Mussoorie. We are an artist and designer couple who have built our dream little cottage in Kanatal with a lot of love and attention to detail. It has two bedrooms, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, a wraparound balcony with uninterrupted views of Himalayan peaks, a terrace, and a little backyard where we grow vegetables. It also has a fast wi-fi connection if you want to WFH (Work From the Himalayas). There’s a caretaker and a chef on demand too. Just perfect for a laidback homestay up in the mountains.

It's a peaceful place away from the busy streets and noise of Mussoorie perfect for anyone looking to relax and connect with nature You can go for short nature walks, experience the local village life nearby. If you're looking for comfort, calm, and a homely atmosphere, this is the perfect place for you.

Lal Kothi: Mountain Wrapped home w/ Awadhi Cuisine

Lal Kothi is chef Sameer Sewak & his family's home in countryside Dehradun. It is surrounded table top views of Mussoorie hills, Tons river, Sal forests. Guests get the 2nd floor with a private access. The space includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/lounge, 2 terraces & balconies. Included in your stay is a complimentary breakfast. Guests get to order vegetarian & non-vegetarian delicacies for lunch & dinner from the dehradun famous Awadhi cuisine menu designed by Chef Sameer & his mother Swapna.

Situated majestically on top of a mountain, this 3 bedroom stately villa in Mussoorie, offers clear views of the Himalayas and the Doon valley. The 200 year old heritage property has been carefully renovated with all modern amenities, whilst maintaining unique architectural features. It offers several common sitting and dining areas, including a wood-fired oven in the garden and is situated close to popular restaurants and tourist sites such as Char Dukan, Lal Tibba and The Bakehouse.

Forester North - Farm Stay in Kanatal

The cottage is within a Kiwi and Apple Orchard with hundreds of trees spread over 4 Acres of terraced land. There is a lush green uninhabited valley below, with massive snowbound Himalayan peaks ahead on the horizon. We have Airtel wifi. There is private parking available for 2 cars. From the parking spot to the cottage, there is a gradual walk of about 90 meters. This walk is inside our orchard and not on the road. We have a caretaker and staff on the property to cook for you.

There is a caretaker present at all times and a chef on call to cook you fresh meals. The caretaker can help bring supplies when needed and brief you on how to get around.
