The Property is located on the Ruighar (Ganesh Peth) hill side, about 3 km from the centre of Panchgani town. It has a splendid view of the Mahoo Dam reservoir in the valley. It is a Cosy One Bed room unit with a Living Room and a large open air terrace. It has been tastefully fitted out in May 2019 to be self sufficient. There is a hotel with a restaurant about 100 feet from building. I stay close by and me or a watchman will be available to settle you in and take care of any exigencies.

This Apartment does not have a direct Valley Veiw but once you are out the building you have a super veiw. The Kitchen is fully equipped.
