In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.

From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

An entire vacation villa circa 100 sq. m with three bedrooms, is equipped with everything needed for a wonderful holiday. We can accommodate up to 8 guests. A comfortable living room, a kitchen, a dining area, as well as a spacious balcony with a view of the sea are at your disposal.
