Taken it’ s name from the field of oregano –aromatic plant- located behind the house, it, also, offers an experience of agricultural activities such as gardening or harvesting your own fruits and vegetables. Philoxenia is about being friendly to a stranger, in a particularly warm and generous way. This is what we offer as an experience. Our house is made of stone and wood. Sun light is getting in every room from plenty of windows.The house provides a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. There are two bedrooms,each one with a private bathroom and air condition. You would find all you could possibly need. The best part of the house is its beautiful, private, full of green yard.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 30 μέτρων από την θάλασσα και η κοντινότερη παράλια στα 100 μέτρα. Το κέντρο της πόλης μαζί και το λιμάνι απέχει 5 λεπτά περπατώντας. Σε κάθε χώρο υπάρχει κλιματισμός,παρέχεται δωρεάν wifi.Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν τον καφέ η το ποτό τους στο μπαλκόνι με θεά την θάλασσα και το λιμάνι.

OKUN Mediterranean residence is located at the best neighborhood of paleochora named Panorama. You can enjoy colorful sunsets and the endless view of the coastal area from all around the paleochora! Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! There is a private parking area just 40 meters from the accommodation.
