Sitting atop a two and half acre private property, this home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Property has direct access to the Santa Margarita River Trail Preserve. Stunning views from every room. Original wood French doors open off the dining and living rooms inviting the outside in. Enjoy the sound of the waterfall just outside the kitchen while having your morning coffee. Dine al fresco on the patio or just relax with a glass of wine from one of the many local wineries. Winterwarm Cottage and Wine Tasting.

Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Newly renovated casita w/full kitchen, laundry room, private bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room. Large private fenced yard. We are dog friendly. No cats due to allergies. Near wineries, wedding venues, restaurants, golf, casinos, 20 minutes to Old Town Temecula. 30 min. to Oceanside. 45 min. to SD zoos. The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area.
