L'appartamento è disponibile per 2 adulti con possibilità aggiunta divano letto per 2 bambini sotto i 12 anni . Nel grande cortile esterno troverete una piscina a sale con area relax su terrazza panoramica con vista su castello e vigneti con tramonti unici.

La casa per gli ospiti è un' ala indipendente della grande colonica su due piani: 3 camere , cucina, soggiorno, bagno. La piscina privata è in esclusiva per chi affitta la casa (max 4 persone) Non affittiamo camere singole. Zona barbecue. Totale privacy.

Casa Nova is a large Tuscan country estate on top of a hill dominating the beautifull Casentino Valley, 40 km south of Florence. The property is ideal for holidays with friends and family. But also for an individually designed wedding or a birthday party in a very special atmosphere. You can do any kind of workshops, Yoga, theatre or dance classes. A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
