It is a beautifully situated holiday villa, perched on a hillside 80 meters above sea level, offering a 180-degree sea view from its spacious sun deck and nestled amidst rocky terrain and Mediterranean vegetation. Sea views from every room, direct access to the terraces. A communal pool with breathtaking views of the sea—along with the nearby "Li Cossi" sandy beach (a 15-minute walk away)—complete the experience

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist kein typisches Ferienhaus. Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. La pergola esterna con glicine e tavolo per la colazione, baciati dal primo sole mattutino, mentre sul lato opposto, una sorta di patio naturale con la pavimentazione in pietra e alcuni ulivi, ombreggiano l'ampio spazio utilizzabile per il pranzo e la cena.
