Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

Die 2018 neu fertiggestellte 5*Ferienwohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock in einem privaten Haus welches wunderbar und idyllisch im Tal des Kurort Oybin gelegen ist. Ausgestattet mit 2 Sat-TV, topmodernem Badezimmer, Waschmaschine, Tresor, einer vollausgestatteten Wohnküche, gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten, genügend Stauraum für Ihre Kleidung, WLAN. Ein eigener PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden. Mit Ihren eigenen Schlüsseln bleiben Sie flexibel.

Nabízíme k ubytování nově zrekonstruovanou chatu v srdci národního parku České Švýcarsko, nacházející se v malebné obci Stará Oleška. Svojí polohou na úpatí lesa umožňuje prožití klidného odpočinku a relaxace nebo aktivní dovolené. Peší turistika či cykloturistika vybízí k objevování krás národního parku s atraktivními turistickými cíli. Nedaleká oblast labských pískovců, je také vyhledávanou lokalitou jak pro rekreační, tak pokročilé horolezce.

Wir freuen uns darauf Ihnen ab Januar 2024 eine traumhafte, frisch renovierte Ferienwohnung anbieten zu können. Diese erstreckt sich mit 120qm über zwei Etagen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Fuße des schönen Berg Oybin. Der idyllische Ort lädt zum verweilen ein und ist perfekt für einen gemütlichen Familienurlaub. Die zwei Schlafzimmer bieten Schlafmöglichkeiten für 6 Gäste. Auf Anfrage steht auch ein Babybett zur Verfügung.

Chata u Jezera

Chata se nachází na břehu Milčanského rybníka, asi 13 min autem od České Lípy v nádherném borovicovo-březovém lese. Objevili jsme ji úplnou náhodou a byla to láska na první pohled. Prošla velkou rekonstrukcí, aby byla přesně podle našich představ a nyní, když je vše hotovo, se o ni rádi podělíme, protože chceme, aby měl každý možnost čerpat energii z tohohle krásného koutu Čech.
