Enjoy complete privacy in a quiet neighborhood. Our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac w/ quiet neighbors. The studio unit is recently remodeled with new furniture. It is attached to but separate from the main house. Private entrance, private bath, large shower. Kitchenette includes full size refrigerator, microwave & toaster oven. The front patio is a shared space perfect for relaxing by the cozy fire pit. We pride ourselves in providing sparkling clean accommodations for our guests.

The suite boasts a vintage style tub, record player, faux fireplace, Keurig, microwave, mini-fridge, 55 inch smart t.v, table/chairs, antique tea table.

Welcome to my bungalow! I spent a lot of time working on this place so I hope you guys LOVE it :) Close to Hueneme pier and Oxnard shores, many restaurants nearby! I am located right next to the naval base and I am 40 minutes from LA and 30 minutes from Santa Barbara! I am also right next to the PCH which will take you to Malibu and Santa Monica! Dont forget to go shopping at the Camarillo Outlets! Parking available in my driveway if you have a big vehicle.

Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.) there’s a unit directly above so there is some crossover noise and creeking as it’s a very old house (1930s) though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves. BED IS ON SOFT SIDE
