Our cosy studio flat is a perfect base for your adventure in the lake district. Located at the southern end of Windermere lake, it has great access to the rest of the Lake District for exploring and only 10 min to Cartmel racecourse. We are close to many great attractions. Ulverston the festival town is just 25 minutes' drive away. There is also a petrol station/shop 20min walk/2min drive. Grange over Sands is a lovely town to visit and have a wander along the promonade over looking the bay.

Next to pretty Torver beck, with frontage to the quiet western shore of Coniston Water, it’s the perfect place for a ‘get-away-from-it-all’ break. Wren is beautifully refurbished but retains lots of character. Surrounded by fantastic scenery you don't need to go far to enjoy the beauty of the Lakes. Built in 2012, our slate and stone camping barns boast 6 single beds on the first floor. The ground floor space includes a dining area, kitchen area which includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, small fridge and a single electric hot plate. and a ground floor wet room. Bedding, towels, cutlery, crockery are all provided. Outside are stunning views, a picnic area and public footpaths through the farm. Breakfast is not provided can be requested at an additional cost.
