Nestled in a quiet setting surrounded by large pine trees, this cottage-like home is a short drive to everything: Downtown East Lansing: 10 min. MSU campus: 10 min. Downtown Lansing: 15 min. Okemos: 6 min. Lake Lansing Park: 4 min. Starbucks: 7 min. Costco: 2 min. This is an older house (built in 1800), so it is more "basic" than a modern "upscale" property. Cute basement apartment; walk to MSU & Frandor

Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
