Tiny House living...Can you do it? Come try it out in this 240 sq ft tiny house at the beach! The custom tiny house is just steps from the ocean on a semi-oceanfront lot. Enjoy the multi level outdoor deck with lush landscape or hang out upstairs with floor to ceiling windows and a perfect view of the Rodanthe Pier. The interior exhibits wide plank pine floors, cypress ship lap & custom hickory stairs with mahogany inlay and live cedar accents. The kitchen has concrete counters and a farm sink.

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and an escape room. Sat-Sat summer.

This unit is along the side of the condo with only a small ocean view from the balcony. Free parking for 3 cars. Sheets &towels provided. Drip coffee maker & Keurig available. 1/2 mile to the Wright Brothers Monument. Grocery stores and restaurants all within 1 mile.
