Downtown Franklin is only about a 15 min drive with its great restaurants, craft breweries, gem mining and more! The house is a perfect place for your next family gathering and it’s pet friendly too.(small fee)

Falling Waters

Property is overhanging Middle Creek, one of the most pristine mountain creeks in the county. It is known for its pocket water and plunge pools in the creek with opportunities to catch Brook, Brown and Rainbow trout. We have multiple decks, 2 gazebos and a swing. The yard is landscaped with a multitude of plants. Plants and the sound of the rushing creek create a very peaceful setting. If you like water (adults and kids) you will enjoy this creek. Recommend water shoes because of the rocks.
