Located within 30 minutes of Syracuse, Skaneateles, Finger Lakes wineries and hiking trails. Large open kitchen and family area, with two bedrooms (one queen, one twin with trundle convertible to a king) and sleeping loft with two twins. 2nd bedroom has a convertible desk. Well-stocked kitchen, books, DVDs, games, shared dock and sloping beach to take out watercraft.

The cottage is located just 20 minutes from the Village of Skaneateles and 30 min from Syracuse University and SUNY Cortland.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
