Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

We offer accommodation in one of the oldest buildings of Civita, a XVI century building constructed on a former Middle Age tower. The apartment is on the ground floor of Palazzo Contino, former Palazzo Pinzi, with a terraced garden with a breathtaking view on the Calanchi valley and a beautiful garden full of plants and fruits. From the garden you can enjoy beautiful sun rises. The garden is a proper oasis compared to the rest of the village which during the day can sometimes quite crowded.

When it was first spotted this old Umbrian cowshed had stood derelict for over 40 years and was in desperate need of some TLC. Now, newly completed (summer 2022) this traditional rural building has been lovingly restored by the owner architect, who with the help of amazing local craftsmen has sensitively combined the best of contemporary design with traditional restoration work.
