IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! Feel right at home in our open-concept year-round vacation gem within the Chocorua Ski and Beach community half a mile from the Moore’s pond. The cabin is nestled in the woods providing privacy. It boosts a double-sided fire-place and hot tub perfect for the cooler nights, a wraparound deck, as well as an enclosed porch. Best location, directly in the village! Formerly the Otter Ski Club, restored with cozy, bedding & linens. Step to restaurants, North Conway CC, the Village green, scenic train station, coffee shops, shops, skating, & nightlife. I do prefer to book the entire house and only use the 2 bedroom lockoff to fill openings. Kayak the Saco, adventure parks, skiing, story land, hiking, etc. READ ABOUT THE SPACE- there could be other guests on the other side of the home. PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL

It's one thing to be right downtown in beautiful Wolfeboro, but add being right on the water w/your own porch, as you look over Wolfeboro Bay. Always something beautiful in front of you. This was my personal unit for a couple of years. It's fully equipped with a brand new bathroom lrg. tile shower, full kitchen, 55" UHD TV, Hi-Speed Internet, new Split System AC is comfy & quiet & a lrg. sectional couch that'll sleep-2 very comfortably. Lake living at its finest.

Private balcony, numbered parking spot, small basketball and tennis court. Short walk across the street to 335 feet of Misty’s sandy beach! Shorter walk to Pavilion!

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
