Casa Lamate

In bellissima posizione panoramica con vista sulla Valdichiana, Casa Lamate è uno splendido casale caratterizzato dalle peculiarità architettoniche dello stile toscano come loggia, pavimenti in cotto e travi in legno. La casa si sviluppa su tre piani, ciascuno con accesso diretto dall'esterno. L'ingresso principale si apre sulla spaziosa cucina completamente attrezzata e con adiacente veranda esterna, ideale per gustare ottime cene godendosi il panorama. Un'arcata separa la zona pranzo dall'accogliente soggiorno con divani e tipico camino in pietra. Al primo piano si trova la zona notte composta da tre camere da letto. Una camera matrimoniale ha bagno ensuite con doccia; altre due camere (una matrimoniale ed una con letto alla francese e letto singolo sul grazioso mezzanino) condividono un bagno con doccia. Nel piano inferiore si trovano invece la quarta camera composta da letto matrimoniale e letto singolo; un bagno con doccia; un piccolo "angolo palestra" con tapis roulant e cyclette e la lavanderia. All'esterno, i 1.500 m2 di giardino terrazzato e completamente recintato che circondano la casa rappresentano il luogo ideale in cui trascorrere piacevoli momenti di relax all'ombra degli olivi e delle querce che ornano il prato. Un piccolo angolo è dedicato alla zona barbecue e forno a legna. Una caratteristica scala in pietra immette nella bella zona piscina attrezzata con lettini, sdraio ed ombrelloni. Adiacente alla piscina si trova un piccolo annesso con angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Casa Lamate dista pochi km dalla rinomata cittadina Etrusca di Cortona ricca di tradizioni, cultura, arte e gastronomia. La posizione strategica la rende punto di partenza ideale per visitare i maggiori centri di interesse storico-culturale e paesaggistico del Centro Italia.
