In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

The spacious terrace of the house offers unlimited sea views and a unique view of the sunrise, directly exposed to the summer breeze and the waves of the sea, giving the feeling that the visitor is literally on the deck of a boat!

Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι & ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο, που έχει τις χρήσεις καθιστικού, κουζίνας & οδηγεί στο μπάνιο, ενώ πάνω από αυτά, υπάρχει ένας ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. The fisherman's villa is located in the best spot of Korthi-bay in Andros. It is 3meters from the sea over the old port of Korthi and has a panoramic view of the bay. The best feature of the house is that has relaxing areas for every part of the day a fresh vegetable garden that you can pick your veggies and season fruits every day also a big private hill over it to take your walk and have a coffee. Every part of the house is made with love and meant to be enjoyed.

Bay View Andros - Unit "Air"

The unit “Air” (Wind) is a stone building with thick walls and the low-height doors that served as the main residence of the family. The original features of the residence have been preserved with the built in bed and the traditional fireplace, while a modern kitchen and a bathroom have been added. The total size of the unit is 41m2. The unit has a yard with spectacular water views of Korthi Bay. It has an internal area of 41 m2.
