We are located about a mile from the North Beach area of Willoughby and about an 1/8 of a mile from the boat access. Our property is not waterfront nor do we have lake access, but everything is very close.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Bright, colorful and comfortable home within 30 minutes of Stowe, Smugglers Notch and Montpelier. Less than a mile from beautiful Elmore Mountain and Lake Elmore. Out the back door is snowshoeing, hiking, cross country skiing, and more. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is a three mile ride from my house. A lovely backyard sauna and an outdoor cold shower is available to guests.
