We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

The bedroom is spacious with en-suite bathroom, new double bed, large wardrobe, and sofa. transport to Venice and the Mestre train station is very close. My prices are based on persons per night because I hate to penalize single travellers so please book for the right number of people. We have self check-in but if you prefer to mee a person to show your document you have to pay an extra service.

Ha un ampio giardino con posto auto gratuito incluso e una pergola che nei mesi estivi è ombreggiata da una vigna centenaria; c'è un'originale "Altalena Gialla" che contraddistingue il giardino.
