La casita fue originalmente la cuadra de una casa familiar y ha sigo cuidadosamente rehabilitada. Es una casa tradicional situada en el borde del pueblo con vistas a los picos más altos de la península, el Mulhacén 3482 y el Veleta. Ojo con su capacidad de movilidad pues hay muchas cuestas en el pueblo y escaleras en la casa .Durante verano en la ¨terraza¨ puede haber moscas y olores a ganado pues hay una cabreriza cerca. Puede aparcar o usar para carga y descarga el pequeño parking de las Espeñuelas que se queda a 15 mts de la casa pero primero asegurarse que pueden conducir .

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Cueva de David

Cueva situada en el entorno de la Abadía del Sacromonte, con todas las comodidades, en un entorno B.I.C, (Bien de Interés Cultural) a 15 minutos del centro de granada, y al Albaicín, con transporte público a 50 mts, y a 200 de la Abadía, con parking situado en la misma puerta, público, pero donde siempre hay disponibilidad. Al alojarse en la Cueva de David, serán autorizados a entrar hasta la cueva a través del Albaicín (Patrimonio de la Humanidad)
