Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Minitalo Saimaan rannalla

Tulet aina muistamaan tämän matkakohteen jylhän maiseman. Kohde sijaitsee lähellä Koloveden kansallispuistoa Saimaan Pyyveden rannalla. Kohteessa on upeat maisemat, mutta se sijaitsee kuitenkin vain noin 300 metrin päässä asfaltoidusta maantiestä. Kohteessa on naapureita. Minitalo on valmistunut vuonna 2025 ja sen viereisessä rakennuksessa sijaitseva sauna on vuodelta 2024. Majoitus soveltuu erinomaisesti retkeilystä, pyöräilystä, kalastuksesta ja melomisesta kiinnostuneille henkilöille.

Villa Rautjärvi

This wonderful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north from Mikkeli. The cabin, finished in 2014, invites you to relax and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Finnish nature. It's cosy and decorated with high-class natural materials and comfortable furnishings and is fully equipped with a modern, compact open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, each with 160 cm x 200 cm beds, loft room with a king size bed, an inviting living room and dining area, bathroom, sauna, separate toilet and a terrace.

Huoneisto vanhassa koulussa

Huoneisto entisen kyläkoulun suojaisassa päädyssä. Huoneistossa tupakeittiö, avoin makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone. Makuupaikka neljälle. Parisänky makuuhuoneessa ja levitettävä sohva olohuoneessa. Huoneistossa on opettajan koroke ja ulkoportaat, ei ole siis esteetön. Ulkosauna lämpenee lisämaksusta. Asunto sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella, 8km keskustasta. Muu osa rakennuksesta on majoittajan omassa käytössä. Pihalla on tilaa oleskella ja esim. grillata. Sopii hyvin myös lapsiperheille.

Peaceful villa near lake

Villa Leikon – a holiday right next to clean nature and lakes. Cottage accommodates four people. There is room for two to sleep downstairs and two more up in the loft. The detached sauna building also has a spacious bedroom which accommodates two more people. In total six people can comfortably stay. The beach sauna building is nicely attached to the main building with an open terrace. The cottage is surrounded by almost undisturbed nature with enough space for outdoor relaxing.

Koivuranta-cottage

Welcome to Koivuranta-cottage, Lake Saimaa! The cottage is located on a very nice, peaceful area. There are two separate houses in Koivuranta; the main house and the Sauna-building. In the main house there is a livingroom, kitchen, toalett, sleepingroom (160cm bed) and a sleeping alcove(140cm bed). Saunabuilding is right next to the main house, and there is the wood heated- sauna and shower. In saunabuilding there is an extrabed possibility. Both buildings have a big terrace.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Villa Myllymäki

Myllymäen päälle omin käsin rakennetussa villa Myllymäessä on helppoa rentoutua ja päästä lähelle luontoa nauttien upeista maisemista. Koko päätyseinän kokoinen ikkuna kehystää upean järvimaiseman. Tilalla on n. 40 hehtaaria eläinten laiduntamaa metsää joka takaa helppokulkuiset ja hienot patikointimaastot. Etäisyys Savonlinnan keskustaan on 10km autolla tai 6 km veneellä. Tilalla on myös yksityinen laavu lammen rannalla yhtä upein näkymin.

Juuri uudistettu asunto porealtaalla, saunalla ja isolla terassilla. Terassilta on upea näkymä Oravin kanavaan. Kauttamme myös varattavissa kyyditys Linnansaaren kansallispuistoon sekä Norppaelämykset turvallisella Faster 545 avoveneellä, max 5 matkustajaa. Lisäksi Oravissa sijaitsee koirametsä, jossa koirat saavat juosta vapaana.

Saunallinen pieni rantamökki

Nauti kauniista luonnosta ja mökkeilystä aivan järven tuntumassa. Grillaa ulkona tulella ruokaa tai savusta itse pyydystettyä kalaa savustuspöntössä. Pulahda järveen uimaan suoraan saunasta laskeutuvilla rappusilta. Nauti auringonlaskusta mökin terassilla. Olet tervetullut yhdeksi yöksi, viikoksi, kuukaudeksi tai koko kesäksi!

A cozy lakeside house offering space and peace for your holiday. Two floors, a large yard, sauna, kitchen, TV, and two bathrooms ensure comfort. Sleeping arrangements include two small beds and one large bed. Terraces on both sides of the house and the lake right next to it. A perfect place to relax in the heart of nature!
