The apartment is with two bedrooms, sitting room with kitchen, seaside balcony and a toilet. The apartment has own terrace, shallow beach in front, TV, air-condition and parking place. Transportation from ferry port Preko ( opposite of Zadar ) is free of charge in our organization. Please contact us for more details in advance. Sheets and towels are included in the price. Beautiful apartment with swiming pool and sauna in Zdrelac, on the beautiful island of Pasman in Dalmatia. About 40 meters from the pebble beach. This apartment is located on an elevated first floor and covers the entire floor. The apartment has a separate entrance and its own pool, so you are completely separated from the host, who is on the upper floor and has its own entrance. The interior is comfortable and functional and has three bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet.

Es ist ideal für größere Gruppen oder Familien, die ein Haus in einer ruhigen Lage direkt am Strand haben wollen. Das Haus bietet alles was ein klassisches Ferienhaus benötigt. Die meisten Räume sind frisch renoviert oder aufbereitet worden. Um auf die Insel zu kommen, muss man eine Fähre benutzen, die fast Stündlich zwischen 5 Uhr morgens und bis 1 Uhr in der Nacht fährt.

House placed at the first row to the sea on the island Pašman in a place called Ždrelac. The apartment is 64m2 big plus a 24m2 of a beautiful, spacious terrace with a unique view. Two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed with a beautiful view of the sea, and the other with two separate beds perfect for younger ones. The environment is calm and quiet, with constant sounds of nature which surrounds the house. Location is also perfect for exploring nearby fun and cultural places.

You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On the property you ll have main house Jardin, garden, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and pool house; you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.
