En flott og moderne luksus villa på 260 kvm i pittoresk kyststed Drvenik i sentral Dalmatia, midt i mellom Dubrovnik og Split på den desidert vakreste kyststripe i Kroatia. Villa Saga en ny og moderne villa som ble bygd i 2012,og ligger helt ned ved sjøen, med egen privat badeplass. Villaen består av 5 soverom og 4 bad (8 – 10 soveplasser) med nydelig utsikt.

Apartment consist of TWO spacious bedrooms, each having its own bathroom, TV, wardrobes and air conditioning. Beds are 160x200 with memory pillows and mattresess. Both bedrooms have doors leading to PRIVATE and very spacious LOUNGE AREA with a grill, seating area, deck chairs, outdoor sink, solar shower and lounge couch & table, all around mediterrean plants. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and all necessary dishes. Apartment is located on the ground floor of the house.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of our holiday house. There is nice garden with olive trees, terrace and barbecue place which you deal with owner. You have big private covered terrace and balcony on first floor. House situated on peaceful place where is not so much traffic. It is 300m from two big and long pebbles beaches and 150m from center of village where are market, post office and exchange office. On beaches you also have some restaurant and coffee bars like in village too.

Novouređeni apartman nudi: TV, free Wi-Fi, klimu uređaj, perilicu rublja, 2 ležaja, WC, kuhinju, besplatan parking, vanjski dio kuće gdje gosti mogu izaći sjesti i slušati prekrasan šum mora te udobno i mirno spavanje. !U APARTMANU JE ZABRANJENO PUŠENJE!

APARTMAN - LEA (2) - NO PETS!

Kuća se nalazi odmaknuta od glavne prometnice. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!
