Buitenplaats de Zuydsehoeve is een prachtige 10 persoons familie accommodatie. De hoeve is opgedeeld in 't Voorhuys en 't achterhuis waar de eigenaren wonen. In de wei staan naast de schapen een 4 persoons accomodatie. De hoeve is gelegen aan de bosrand en recreatieplas 't Schaartven waar op de achterste weide openbaar (gratis) gezwommen kan worden. De hoeve is zeer luxe verbouwd met 5 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. De ruime tuin is voorzien van XL hottub, vuurplaats, barbecue en parkeerplaats.

Het huisje heeft 2 slaapkamers met uitzicht op de Maas en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Als je wilt kun je je eigen boot, waterscooter, etc. bij de steiger aanleggen. U huurt van ons een prachtige bovenwoning met een panoramisch uitzicht over de Maas in beide richtingen. U ziet het veerpontje op en neer gaan en er varen de hele dag schepen en jachten aan u voorbij. Het pittoreske dorpje Broekhuizen is rijk aan gezellige restaurants met terrasjes aan de Maas. U kunt fietsen tussen de rozen- en aspergevelden, door bos- en natuurgebieden over rustige wegen en paden. Het appartement is geschikt voor stellen, zakelijke reizigers en gezinnen. Er is draadloze tv.

Rest in the green oasis near the Maas

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful street with historic buildings in the old village of Well aan de Maas. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped.
