This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. For larger families or friends we do rent the whole house as an option & price is by negotiation. The ground level has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 , its own bathroom, lounge and kitchen

Has a queen AND a twin bedroom,(porta-cot available), both opening onto the covered deck with a river view outdoor furniture and bbq, a well appointed bathroom with separate toilet, and a laundry/ kitchenette. There is a good sized grass area which is a shared area.

This is a Studio unit is at the rear of the property, You have your own private garden view. The studio is fitted with Air conditioning a microwave, jug, toaster, 32inch smart TV, fridge/freezer etc. FREE WIFI. The bathroom has toilet, basin with great shower and plenty of hot water. Enjoy beautiful bed linen and a very comfortable Queen bed. We are ten minutes walk to the local restaurants and cafes. With a private beach just steps away.
