Welcome to our cottage on the lake! We renovated this home through the spring of '18 and are so thrilled to have it ready for you! Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. The Provemont Cottage is a charming 3-bedroom home in the beautiful village of Lake Leelanau. This property is perfect for a getaway in the heart of Leelanau County, with prime access to area attractions like wineries, beaches, Fishtown, and the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Local amenities such as restaurants, a cafe, wineries, and distillery are within walking distance. Located near Lake Leelanau, boaters will appreciate ample parking and the close proximity to two boat launches.

Applewood Cottage is a true "Up North" retreat within walking distance to the Village of Northport. 2 bedrooms (queen in each) and sleeper sofa in living room.
