Step out of your cottage and walk just a few steps until your feet hit the flat, golden sand & take in the beautiful Atlantic ocean. Do not miss sunrise!

Our 2 bedroom, fully equipped cottage is 2 blocks from the beach and Famous OOB! Pier. We are 20 minutes from Portland, hour and half to Boothbay harbor, and 3 hours to Arcadia National Park. Spend the day exploring all that Maine has to offer, beautiful beaches, lighthouses, Kittery/ freeport outlets, then head back to your cottage for a quiet evening or relaxing walk on the beach. Dance the night away at any of the area hot spot. OOB offers a variety of Restaurants, live music, dancing.

The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

Directly sitting on Maine’s famous coastline, we have the last original “home” in the highly desirable “Shore Acres” neighborhood. Please keep in mind….this is a COTTAGE, not a modern home, or new hotel. It’s super cute, very clean, and I’m always available to communicate and hopefully make your stay as best as possible ! What it may lack in modern amenities, it by far makes up for in location.
