We are close to many adventures including the Black Canyon National Park, Ridgway, Ouray and Telluride. Located only 8 minutes to Montrose Regional Airport and a few minutes to downtown Montrose with restaurants, shops, 3 golf courses and an amazing rec center with pools, rock climbing, pickleball & exercise equipment.

The Sky Casita Suite Peaceful Country Views

✨ Enjoy a relaxing stay in our upstairs Casita apartment, complete with a private entrance that leads to a cozy BBQ patio. This clean and comfortable retreat offers a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a welcoming living area with a queen-size sofa bed, for extra guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious California king bed with fresh white linens for a restful night’s sleep. (Please note: the master bedroom does not have a door. Rustic wood touches throughout, a convenient small kitchen and living area with TVs in both rooms. The kitchen is supplied with coffee maker, mugs, dishes, pans, mini fridge and microwave.
