There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. This is an Apartment /Mother in law suite that is connected to my home. You have a separate Front and Back door. One bedroom, Full kitchen, queen bed, and queen sofa bed in the livingroom. Driveway Parking. Backyard is a shared space that includes a huge in-ground pool, trampoline, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, hot tub, and the backyard is fully fenced in. Pool closes Sept 20th. Laundry and Ev Charger can be used for an extra fee.
