The rec room has a large smart tv, bar, card table & video arcade with 60 throwback games. Garage has smart tv, pool table & foosball table for fun! Plenty room for parking.

This tiny house has moved to a lakeside spot on our smaller pond -- AWD or 4WD vehicles will be needed in winter in the event of significant snow!
