Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

The Retro Room - Guest Suite in Pyes Pa

The Retro Room is inspired by my love of the 50’s with original items. The 50's stop there with a queen bed & quality linens and a choice of pillows from the pillow library You have exclusive access to the self-contained suite located on the ground floor of our home Located close to Copper Crest, Althorp Village, Grace Hospital, 7 min drive to Ataahua, 10 min to Tauriko business district and Toi Ohomai Polytech, 15 min to Tauranga CBD Rate includes breakfast of granola, stewed fruit, toast.

The Hidden Valley Retreat!

Rivendale Farm Cottage

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Rivendale Farm cottage is a cosy, stand alone cottage in a 17acre organic homestead. Two double bedrooms, one with a four poster queen bed and one with bunk beds, has a well laid out galley kitchen and a fireplace. Outside there is a north and east facing deck with extensive views of farmland, the sea and BOP. Season depending, guests can share garden produce, hand feed some livestock, explore the rolling paddocks, bush and streams.

The Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Brand new cottage with rural views yet 10 minute drive to The crossing Mall with shops restaurants and movies. 5 minutes drive away is Pyes Pa shops with everything you need including 2 fantastic restaurants. Mount Maunganui and our fabulous beach is a 20 minute drive away. Our cottage is very private so you won’t be disturbed. We are on site though to help with any queries.
