The Mennonite Bakery is less than a mile down the road and the swinging bridges and river are also nearby. Hiking, biking, walking and four-wheeling are all within an easy drive.

This newly freshened, mid-century home is located in the city limits of Manchester, KY, a Trail Town. It sits just a few hundred feet from the Salt Works Village and boat ramp to Goose Creek. It is a short walk or drive to one of our many swinging bridges, the Clay County Historical Society, and a number of restaurants, stores, and churches. A five minute drive can have you to the Federal Correctional Institute, AdventHealth Manchester Hospital, or Beech Creek Campground and Lake.

During the day you can find yourself searching out some local activities such as Cumberland Falls, Colonel Sanders Museum... When you're ready to relax; just sit back, make a campfire to roast marshmallows or fire up the barbecue grill! This is a FORMER paylake. Please don't expect to fish, as the paylake is closed.
