The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 3 bedrooms on the main level with one extra-large bedroom in the basement along with a full bathroom. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have TVs, as well as the living room. Comfortable bedding and an abundance of bathroom towels to make your stay easy. The house is located on a large corner lot with a large yard and old growth trees. Full kitchen with all the kitchen utensils, coffee pot, pots/pans and appliances.

When you arrive at our 16 acre farmstead and enter the Guest Barn, you'll notice the construction materials which were salvaged from a nearby barn and corncrib. The timbers from these buildings were torn down, moved to our farm and rebuilt into a smaller “new” barn. It truly represents a real farm experience you can feel. While here, you'll slow down and enjoy the tranquility. Walk around the farm, make friends with a cow, watch barn kitties play, while gazing across the vast farm vistas.

1890 Victorian House 4 bed, 2 bath, Fairbank, IA

Welcome to this beautiful 1890 victorian house in Fairbank. It is located right on main street within walking distance to a grocery store, convenience store and eating establishments. It features 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. This charming property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Bedroom one is located on the main floor with a king bed. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs featuring a king and 2 queen beds. There are two full bathrooms. The kitchen is completely stocked.

The EJ House 4 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bath

The EJ house was built in 1905 with the original woodwork, stain glass windows and front door. The house is a little over 1600 sqft of living space. The house has 4 bedrooms with three queen beds and one full size bed. Guests will find it to be surprisingly spacious and a comfortable place to work, play or relax. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the house. The house has central air for those warm summer days or enjoy the large back deck. The woodwork is original to the house.

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.
