Our lovely apartment is sited in oeiras 5 minutes walking distance from the beach praia da torre and praia de stº amaro de oeiras, there is also a marina 5 minutes walking distance where you can find restaurants as weal as shoops where you can rent nautic equipements do to activities in the beach like jet sky´s. Abou 10 minutes walking distance is the train station that can take you to lisbon our to cascais. All the cost starting in caxias and going to cascais is plenty of beaches to discover.

Since we have a Garden, the gardener usually does its maintenance once per week and it is not required for him to enter the inside of the apartment.
