The River House escape

Cozy house that has modern new kitchen and baths and lots of living space. Comfortable beds and great views. Rivers and marsh as far as you can see. Walk down dock and get into your boat. Beautiful covered dock house fully equip with fresh water, lights, electricity and fish cleaning station. New floating dock with water at low tide. House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet.

Poolhouse

Poolhouse with one bedroom, two beds, kitchen, eating area and bathroom. Bathroom has toilet, sink and shower. The poolhouse is located on the back of my property. This house is on a private well and Water is potable. # Twenty ($20) dollar charge for each guest over 2. #Property is rural WiFi not city strength. ** If images of mermaids & semi-nude Female artwork are offensive to you, PLEASE don't book the Poolhouse. Home Away From Home Hot Tub + Arcade

There is so much to love about this charming little house! It was built in 1905 and has many original features such as 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors and multiple built in fireplaces. Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! Just make yourself at home!

THE STORY HOUSE at The Old Parrott Place

The "Story House" is a 1917 home we moved onto our 15 acre property and renovated. It's furnishings are clean and comfortable, and its beautiful cypress interior belies its rough, aged exterior. The Tobacco House- Blackshear, Georgia

This 1950's Tobacco Barn has been transformed into a brand new 1 bed 1 bath home with lots of character. It has all the features that you need. Full kitchen, beautiful tile shower, laundry, and a spacious wrap around porch. Property is located 3 miles from downtown Blackshear, GA and 6 miles from Waycross, GA. Downstairs apartment in Odum GA

This property is a small duplex with a private yard. The entrance is a shared space, you are welcome to use the left half of the shoe rack/coat hooks. Once in the entrance you'll see the door to the apartment which has an electronic lock on it. (code will be sent 24hrs. before check in) Apartment has a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. Main bedroom features a king sized bed Second bedroom has a twin/full bunkbed feel free to message me if you have any more questions.

Nestled in a serene woodland, our container cabin is a tranquil escape. The one-bedroom layout features a queen-size bed for peaceful nights, and a versatile futon unfolds to accommodate one to two more guests. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker using pods. A full-size bathroom with a shower adds a touch of luxury. It is walking/bicycling distance from Downtown, Fort King George, Historic square, Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge (Great for wildlife photography) Parks and Waterfront also Restaurants and Shops. You'll find everything you need inside. Open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and there is an available washer/dryer. Perfect cottage for you and a companion.
