Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Welcome to Laguna Landing! Located only steps away from the Oceano Dunes and Pismo Beach is this large 2900 square foot home. Drive to the town close by or kick back and relax at the beach or take in views from the balcony. Please see the full description for more details. "Check midweek rates if you have travel flexibility." We have made some updates to the home since pictures were taken. Newer TV downstairs, kitchen table, outdoor furnishing, kids beach toys. Cars do drive on this beach.

Enjoy a little getaway in this cottage by the beach. It’s cozy and simple with all the features of comfort. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

It is a .6 mile walk from the beach. It is approx. 650 SF including a living room with sofa bed, private bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom. Also included; free use of surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, bikes, and portable air conditioner. STR Permit #0135

We are halfway between San Francisco and LA with easy access to Highway 101. You will appreciate the ease of settling into this well designed space. You will have your own private parking space, entrance, a well stocked kitchen, as well as a clean organized home. This is a perfect launching spot to explore our scenic coastline, wine country, & coastal cities. For remote workers, it serves as an quiet and private space to work.
