There is WIFI and a TV screen that has an HDMI port, or can be connected to Chromecast (no TV satellite). Tea and coffee (no milk). There isn't a shop at Ocean Beach but Havelock North is just a 20 minute drive away.

Hardinge Road is probably the most sort after location in Napier. This award winning home is designed to take in the gorgeous ocean views from both balconies. Within walking distance, is the Ahuriri Shopping Centre & a quaint movie theatre. Also along the waterfront are many restaurants and bars. There are heaters in all the bedrooms & a lift which can be activated if required. The master bedroom &living areas are upstairs with a full bathroom.
